Delete your account

Deleting your Vetalio account removes everything: your profile, every pet, their health logs, weights, medications and dose history, quality-of-life scores, vet visits, uploaded photographs and recordings, and every AI conversation. Deletion is immediate and complete — there is no retained copy we can restore from, so consider exporting your data first (the same screen offers it as one file).

From the app

1. Open Settings, then Your data.
2. Optionally tap Export my data to keep a copy.
3. Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

If you can no longer access the app

Email [email protected] from the address your account was created with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request against that address and delete within 30 days, confirming when it is done.

Waitlist emails

If you only joined the launch waitlist, the same address removes you: email [email protected] and your address is deleted.
